VII The Charriot

This card has its energies related to the sign of Cancer

This card tends to announce victories and successes. However, it says that nothing comes on a silver platter. Even with success knocking at the door, you must fight for it. It may mean a victory, but it must be deserved. It symbolizes hard work and long-term dedication, indicating that success does not come easy, it must be earned.

When this card appears in a reading, it means that you must take charge of your destiny and be prepared to take advantage of the opportunities that come your way. Opportunities that are linked to the question asked or in a more comprehensive way: a promotion, a leadership role on a project, a new course, a new love, or a big step in your current relationship.

However, do not try to bite off more than you can chew. You should only take responsibility if you know you will fulfill it. Therefore, do not accept positions beyond your competence or deadlines that you will not be able to meet, otherwise, success may escape. Cancer is the sign associated with this card, so it can also mean some person of the Cancer sign in your life or around the questioned situation. It is a sign that works hard and achieves success through long and sustained efforts, and this is the message of the card: victory is almost certain, but it will not come on a silver platter.

A little more about the card The Charriot...

In The Chariot card, we see a man in a carriage, surrounded by an aura of victory. The man holds the reins, showing that he has control over the situation. This card is also known as The Centurion and is associated with the sign of Cancer. Its symbolism suggests that you must be the master of your destiny and take charge of the situation towards victory, which is quite likely when this card appears in a reading.

The city is behind him, indicating that he has turned his back on civilization and mundane things in pursuit of deeper matters. The Chariot has an awning with six-pointed stars and the crescent moons on the man’s shoulders symbolize his perception of the world. Note that the driver has no reins, only his wand, the same as in The Magician card, and he drives the carriage using only his willpower.
